The Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival is a welcoming, family-friendly weekend designed to help you reconnect, recharge, and try something new across a wide range of yoga and movement styles. It’s a space where all levels can explore, learn, and grow together.
This year features Slackline Yoga and AcroYoga for all levels, plus our focused Handstand Series aimed at building confident, sustainable inversions through yoga. If you’re craving a full YogaSlackers immersion, take the entire arc and experience our holistic approach in action.
Why come train with us here? Because we meet you where you are and make progress feel doable. Expect clear, safety-first coaching and foundational work rooted in communication and trust. You can also mix and match classes from all the many amazing teachers that will be also teaching at the Catskill Mountain Yoga Festival.
