DESCRIPTION:Did you ever want to visit Estonia and do hands-free acro? This is your chance! Sam and Raquel of the YogaSlackers will join the inaugural Hands Free Acro Festival (HFAF) in Estonia.
Hands-free acro focuses on stability in long holds and transitions. And, yes!, you can imagine how slacklining is excellent training for hands-free acro! Thus, Sam and Raquel will teach not only hands-free acro, in their Slackro style, but also Slackline Yoga classes.
You’ll train alongside other headlining teachers: Natalia & Joshua, Sam & Luca, Gennou, Madam Adam and more! All excited to geek out on hands-free skills.
The event takes place in Loone, near Tallinn, from August 6 to 10.
Expect expert instruction, jams, saunas, and nature.
