Kristen Golden BS Communication Studies E-RYT 200, YACEP Kristen loves to share the playful, healing qualities of Yoga through mediums both on and off the ground. Promoting strength and balance in the body and mind, Yoga takes us deeper allowing us to take risks to explore new boundaries. It teaches us we are able to achieve goals we never knew possible! Kristen is located in Colorado Springs where she teaches yoga, as well as Acro and Slackine Yoga with her partner and fellow YogaSlackers teacher, Matt Wilson. Outside of Colorado Springs, they also travel and teach Slacklining and Acro Yoga around the United States as the AcroDorks and as YogaSlackers teachers. When she's not teaching, Kristen is a Birth Doula, Homebirth Midwife Assistant, dog, chicken and duck mama, as well as a passionate, paleo cooking kitchen hobbit.
