Northwest Acro Camp-Out: Bellingham WA

We’re thrilled to announce that Sam and Raquel of the YogaSlackers will be teaching at the NW Acro Camp-Out this year.

They’ll be sharing two of their most unique and transformative practices:

• Slackro: A fusion of AcroYoga and the principles of slacklining. This practice builds dynamic transitions, precise timing, deep trust, and a whole new level of awareness in your acro practice.
• Slackline Yoga: Designed to improve your acrobatics and balance when training solo. Practicing yoga on a slackline builds strength, control, and body awareness, and just so happens to be incredibly fun and humbling.
