Kite, Sail & Flow: A Catamaran Adventure in the Philippines (Sold Out)
March 24 - 31, 2026
Step aboard a private catamaran and explore the Philippines the YogaSlackers way: wind-powered, movement-driven, and adventure-focused. This intimate island-hopping experience blends kiteboarding and sailing with YogaSlackers core movement practices: Yoga and AcroYoga, with slacklining added when we find the perfect spot.
Who This Adventure Is For
People Who Enjoy a Clear, Healthy Container
This is a dry and smoke-free adventure. That means no alcohol, smoking/vaping or recreational drugs. If you love early mornings, ocean air, clear heads, and feeling good for wind days, you’ll fit right in.
Independent Riders
This expedition is built for kite-first adventurers who are comfortable riding independently and making the most of changing conditions. We’ll travel as a small crew, sailing between remote islands and chasing the best wind we can find. Each day is shaped by the wind and the sea, with kiting as the clear priority of the journey.
Companions Comfortable with Alone Time
This adventure can also work well for partners or friends who may not kite, but who enjoy time on the water, space to themselves, and the rhythm of life at sea. While riders are out chasing conditions, companions are free to relax onboard, read, snorkel, explore nearby beaches when available, or simply enjoy the quiet between sessions.
If you’re content with independence, changing conditions, and sharing space with a group focused on wind and movement, this can be a deeply rewarding way to experience the islands.
No Wind?
Only a Small Problem
If the wind takes a break, the adventure doesn’t. Windless days become time for longer yoga sessions, acro playtime, handstands, swimming, snorkeling, paddleboarding, shore adventures, or simply slowing down.
And when we come across an ideal location, we’ll of course set our slacklines! While the day’s schedule will be weather-dependent, we’ll adapt to the conditions and make the most of every destination, whether that means movement, exploration, or a long card game as the sun goes down.
A Moving Basecamp
Life Onboard
A catamaran will be our home for the journey. All meals, accommodation, and transportation are included onboard, allowing you to fully unplug and settle into the rhythm of life at sea. Days are spent sailing, anchoring in remote bays, sharing meals, and living close to the elements.
Life onboard is simple and intentional. Comforts are those of a well-equipped expedition vessel rather than a resort. The reward is waking up surrounded by water, islands, and open horizons.
What to Expect
We begin in El Nido and finish in Coron, letting the wind set the course. Each day, we aim to kite in a new location, seeking an assortment of experiences: buttery flat water, playful waves, and unforgettable downwinders as we move through the Philippines’ stunning island chains.
Plans remain flexible and responsive to the weather conditions. The wind, weather, and sea state will guide our route, sessions, and daily rhythm. This is an expedition-style journey where adaptability is part of the experience and often what leads us to the most memorable days.
Equipment and Lessons
Participants are expected to bring their own kite (and wing, if applicable) gear. Lessons and coaching are not included and are only available by prior arrangement, which must be confirmed before booking.
As we’ve done on past expeditions, we can help participants source and prepare gear before the trip through brands we work with, including Ozone, Duotone, Nobile, ION, WIP, and BBTalkin.
In some cases, we can offer a 20% trip credit with the purchase of a complete kite setup.
