Chelsey Magness
    Bio

Chelsey Magness is hard to pin down in a few sentences. She has trained and taught across the US, Canada, Europe, South America, Australia, Russia, New Zealand and the Middle East. With a background in Ashtanga Vinyasa, traditional Hatha, Dutch Acrobatics, Thai massage, Slacklining, rock-climbing, whitewater guiding and ultra-endurance adventure sports, Chelsey uses her teaching to help her students (and herself!) constantly re-asses what is possible and to radically expand the limits of physical and mental potential.   She's been featured in The New York Times, Womens Adventure Magazine, Wend Magazine, and has been fortunate to teach at such esteemed establishments as Yoga Journal Conferences, Telluride Yoga Festival,  Kripalu, and Wanderlust.   Want to get a hold of her and Jason? Check out their site- www.jandctraining.com or reach them at jandc@jandctraining.com   She's been featured in The New York Times, Womens Adventure Magazine, Wend Magazine, and has been fortunate to teach at such esteemed establishments as Yoga Journal Conferences, Telluride Yoga Festival,  Kripalu, and Wanderlust.     Extra tidbit about Chelsey (from Jason!): In the search for potions of love, happiness, and immortality, there are many ingredients that are difficult to find.  Even if one can pinpoint the ingredient, it is almost impossible to successfully distill the essence in a way that is useable. Most sages do agree however, that Chelsey's laugh is one such ingredient.  So far all attempts at bottling it have failed.  Until such time, our only option is to stay close to her....

As Yogaslackers, adventure racers and now “extreme adventure parents” – we have done quite a few bikepacking, backpacking, climbing and river trips with our two sons: Revel who just turned a year and Max, who is 3.  Ever since Max was three months old we have been going out on missions as a family.  While […]

The Road To Pendra was impassable! Bridge is out.   “Not possible. You cannot go this way.” These were the words we heard over and over again in the village of Kawant, as we headed south to Pendra… a tiny dot on our map…   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rvORtbj9DO4
