With his deep love for the connection between nature and the human body, Forrest brings an adventurous spirit with a grounded and encouraging approach to teaching. Along with teaching Acro Yoga, and recreational tree climbing, he has over a decade of experience performing in circus and fire theatre shows. Forrest has recently joined forces with the YogaSlackers to form YogaSlackers Asheville with Rob Lenfestey. Forrest's dynamic skills help him provide a strong foundation for learning movement arts.
