Jason began practicing ashtanga yoga in 2003 while studying as a graduate student at the University of Cincinnati and has continued to practice yoga and meditation ever since. After moving to Colorado in 2011, Jason discovered acro yoga and slacklining. Jason believes in approaching acro yoga and slacklining as mindfulness exercises that are extensions of his yoga and meditation practices. Jason currently teaches a weekly acro yoga class at Grand Valley Climbing every Tuesday at 6:30PM.
