Line locks are a component utilized to create a movable and impermanent knot.
Knots typically reduce the strength of webbing by 40%. Line locks, line lockers or webbing anchors allow a non-permanent “anchor” to be placed anywhere along a line while retaining over 70% of the strength of the webbing.
