The YogaSlackers are an eclectic group known worldwide for their amazing slackline abilities and their teaching techniques. Their main practice – Slackline Yoga – focuses on practicing yoga asanas (postures) while balancing on a one inch wide piece of webbing suspended over the air. The goal of their practice is to regulate stress responses and learn to connect with the calm centered self, regardless of the situation.
Creators of the eLine Slackline Kit – the first slackline designed with the needs of the Slackline Yoga practitioner in mind – the YogaSlackers strive to make slackline yoga accessible to people of all ages, genders, economic status and level of practice.
Their teaching style is characterized by safe and simple progressions with a strong focus on foundational work. This has allowed them to successfully share around the world the practices that join this eclectic group: Yoga, Slackline Yoga, AcroYoga, Conditioning and Adventure.

Let’s be honest, I’m not very good at walking on the line - just yet - but ever since we met the YogaSlackers at Wanderlust Fest, they broadened my horizon of slack-lining.
They taught us this modified inversion, with a spot of course, but with practice and dedication, my spotter slowly turned into my cameraman 😉. One hand on the line. One on the ground.
Thank you YogaSlackers for teaching us that there’s more to the line than just walking on it 🙂
High-vis, comfy, perfect park setup for a low-key Line or something for newbies to play on while you’re hitting the big stuff. It’s also a great introduction to pulley mechanics. I’ve taught my wife’s second grade class with it : )

I get very motivated and inspired by the participants who posts daily and also reading the comments by the hosts and other participants. I personally do not posts much but I find that when I do, the hosts are very responsive and I get pointers and encouragements immediately. There is no pressure and even though my practice is inconsistent, this online challenge has helped me improved immensely as I can come back at anytime to work on the skills.
Thank you to the hosts of this challenge as I am now closer to attaining my goal to do a handstand. Namaste
