About this 'Retreat'
Discover the ultimate fusion of practice and progression as we invite you to embark on a transformative 7-day training “retreat.”
This immersive program is a deep dive into the world of movement, featuring an array of disciplines including yoga, handstands, slackline yoga, acroyoga, and conditioning. Coinciding with our inaugural week of our teacher training, this event offers a unique blend of relaxation and rigorous learning. While you indulge in extended afternoon rejuvenation, our teacher trainees will engage in an extra 2 hours of focused instruction.
Designed for individuals eager to elevate their practice, this retreat is tailored for those who aspire to immerse themselves in our curriculum without seeking a teaching certification.
Anticipate an engaging, progressive atmosphere that prioritizes foundational growth. By day’s end, you’ll retire to your room, pleasantly fatigued from the day’s enriching experiences.

WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Why Participate IN this event?
We’ve shaped our training to be more than just focusing on one skill, like you might find in other retreats dedicated solely to yoga, acro, handstands, slacklining, or conditioning. We noticed that sticking to one skill can be tough on the body, making it prone to injuries, and tough on the mind, especially if progress stalls. Our events mix it up, bringing different skills together in a way that each one supports and enhances the others. This creates a program that’s bigger and more beneficial than just the sum of its parts.
Whether you’re deep into handstands and looking to ease the strain on your wrists, or an acroyogi aiming for more stability without always needing a partner, our approach offers something unique. And for those either new to slacklining or already walking the line like a pro, we invite you to explore how these disciplines can complement your practice, enriching both solo and partner work.
Join us for a retreat that’s not only about learning new skills but also embarking on a journey of self-discovery and pushing your boundaries. It’s a chance to explore and enhance your capabilities in a balanced, integrated way.
